Chris Ayala is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate under the supervision of Kristin Walker, LPC-S, offering individual therapy, couples counseling, and teen therapy in Texas. As a Marine Corps veteran, Chris integrates discipline, resilience, and emotional strength into his counseling approach, helping clients navigate life’s challenges, improve relationships, and build self-awareness.
Chris specializes in men’s mental health counseling, helping men navigate challenges related to emotional expression, relationship struggles, work-life balance, career stress, and personal identity. He understands the unique societal pressures men face, whether in relationships, family dynamics, or personal growth. As a men’s therapist, he creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where men can develop emotional resilience, explore their emotions, and break free from the stigma that often prevents them from seeking support.
In addition to working with men, Chris provides couples counseling to help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. He also offers teen therapy, supporting adolescents as they navigate anxiety, stress, identity development, and life transitions. His approach is compassionate yet structured, allowing clients to gain clarity, heal from past wounds, and build a more fulfilling life.
Chris earned his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is supervised by Kristin Walker, LPC-S. He provides in-person and online therapy sessions in Texas, offering convenient and effective counseling that fits each client’s needs. Whether you are seeking support for men’s mental health, relationship issues, or personal growth, Chris is committed to helping you uncover hope, healing, and lasting change.
