Therapy for Teens, Individuals, Families & Couples – Support Through Life’s Transitions

Life’s challenges—whether it’s navigating divorce, blended family struggles, or the emotional ups and downs of teenhood—can feel overwhelming. You may be asking yourself: How do I help my teen build confidence? Can my family communicate better? Is there a way to heal and reconnect in my relationship?

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

As a Graduate Intern Counselor at Resilient Mind Counseling and Coaching PLLC, I help individuals, teens, families, and couples find clarity, healing, and tools to build healthier relationships and emotional well-being. My work focuses on:

Teen Counseling & Emotional Support – Helping preteens and adolescents manage anxiety, self-esteem issues, school stress, and emotional regulation in a safe, judgment-free space.

Individual Therapy – Supporting adults facing grief, trauma, life transitions, and personal growth challenges, so they can move forward with strength and confidence.

Family Therapy – Strengthening family bonds, improving communication, and navigating blended family dynamics with a collaborative and solution-focused approach.

Couples Counseling & Relationship Support – Helping couples enhance communication, rebuild trust, and resolve conflicts, especially in times of stress or major life changes.

I offer a compassionate, strengths-based approach to therapy, where you can feel safe exploring emotions and developing lasting tools for growth, resilience, and self-awareness. Every person and family is unique, and our sessions will be tailored to meet your individual needs.

I am currently pursuing my Master’s Degree in Counseling at Lamar University, with an anticipated graduation in August 2025. Under the supervision of Kathryn Fayle, MA, LPC, NCC, CSAT, I ensure that my counseling approach aligns with the highest professional and ethical standards.
