Kathryn Fayle is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), and PACT Level 1 Trainee, as well as the founder of Resilient Mind Counseling and Coaching in Mont Belvieu, Texas. She specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate emotional healing, relationship struggles, betrayal trauma, and sexual addiction recovery. With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, Kathryn integrates evidence-based therapy with a client-centered approach to help clients rediscover their authenticity and emotional well-being.
Kathryn’s expertise includes EMDR therapy for trauma recovery, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and stress management, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, Family of Origin or Post-Induction Therapy for deeper self-exploration, and the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT). As a PACT Level 1 trainee, she incorporates attachment, neuroscience, and somatic principles to help couples build stronger, more secure relationships. She creates a safe and supportive space where clients can process difficult emotions and gain the tools needed for personal and relational growth.
As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Kathryn has undergone extensive training in betrayal trauma, sexual addiction recovery, and relational healing. She is trained in the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model and EMDR through the EMDR Institute, equipping her to work with individuals and couples recovering from infidelity, relationship betrayal, and compulsive sexual behaviors. She also leads support groups for those healing from betrayal and addiction-related trauma.
