Kathryn Fayle is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), and PACT Level 1 Trained Couples Therapist. She is the founder of Resilient Mind Counseling and Coaching, a private practice dedicated to helping individuals and couples heal from trauma, betrayal, anxiety, infidelity, and sexual addiction. Kathryn offers therapy both in person in Mont Belvieu and virtually to clients across Baytown, Dayton, the Greater Houston Area, and the state of Texas.

With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, Kathryn combines deep clinical expertise with a warm, client-centered approach. Her work draws from research-backed models including:

  • EMDR Therapy for trauma recovery, PTSD, and betrayal trauma

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, panic, and stress

Kathryn is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) with advanced training in betrayal trauma treatment, infidelity recovery, and supporting partners of sex addicts using the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model and EMDR. She also facilitates support groups for individuals healing from betrayal and sexual addiction.
