Resilient Mind Counseling and Coaching proudly serves Texas cities such as Baytown, Mont Belvieu, Beach City, Dayton, Liberty, and the Greater Houston area, offering both in-person and online counseling.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating betrayal, anxiety, and relational disconnection. This includes the aftermath of infidelity, attachment wounds, and the deeper emotional patterns often rooted in family of origin experiences that shape how we relate, trust, and respond in relationships.
For individuals, this work often includes understanding anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the internal patterns that keep you feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself. For couples, this includes rebuilding trust, repairing after betrayal, and learning how to reconnect in a way that feels safe and lasting.
Whether you are the one who has been hurt and cannot seem to find safety again, or you are the one who has caused harm and want to understand how to repair and rebuild trust, this is a space for real, meaningful work.
My approach is active, structured, and deeply relational. I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, and betrayal trauma work to help you move toward clarity, emotional safety, and connection that actually feels different.
