Teen Boys Social Confidence Group

At Resilient Mind Counseling, we are committed to empowering teen boys aged 13-17 to build confidence, resilience, and self-esteem in a supportive and interactive group setting. Led by Chris Ayala, LPC Associate under the supervision of Kristin Walker, LPC-S, this group provides a safe, judgment-free environment where boys can connect with peers, explore challenges, and develop the tools they need to thrive. Through guided discussions, activities, and skill-building exercises, participants will learn how to communicate effectively, handle stress, and foster a healthy, positive self-image.

This group is ideal for teen boys who may struggle with low self-confidence, social anxiety, or challenges in navigating relationships with peers or family. Whether they are feeling overwhelmed by academic pressures, navigating the difficulties of adolescence, or needing a space to share their thoughts and emotions, this group provides the guidance and encouragement they need to grow. It's also a great fit for boys who are working on setting personal goals, improving self-esteem, or building stronger connections with others.

By joining the Teen Boys Confidence Support Group, participants gain more than just skills—they gain a sense of community. They’ll connect with others facing similar experiences and learn how to build resilience, develop emotional awareness, and face challenges with courage. Together, we help young men grow into their strengths and become more self-assured as they navigate the ups and downs of adolescence.
