  • Public Encounters: For local in-person clients, if you see your therapist in public, they will not acknowledge you due to privacy laws.

  • Emergency Response: As a reminder, lines of communication at Resilient Mind Counseling and Coaching, PLLC are not for emergencies and should not be treated as such.

  • Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

  • Consent to Receive SMS: By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Resilient Mind Counseling and Coaching, PLLC, sent from 281-839-7547. Message frequency varies and may include appointment reminders and/or service information. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

  • Opting Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP or CANCEL to any message. After opting out, you will receive a final SMS confirmation, and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

  • Help & Support: For assistance, reply HELP to any SMS message or contact our customer support at info@resilientminded.com or call 281-839-7547. You will receive a text response with our phone number, email, and website details.

  • Mobile Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
